I have a window cleaner but I do not have his details in order to cancel him, what should I do?
If you are worried about cancelling your window cleaning service or cannot find the details of your current window cleaner, vue can provide you with a general window sticker that you can place on a window on the front of your property or on your front door stating that you wish to cancel the service and telling the window cleaner not to clean your windows any longer. These can be obtained freely from vue window cleaning when you sign up to our service.
Who will be cleaning the windows on my home?
As we know that it is important for you to know who will be cleaning your property, we have character profiles of every vue operator. Your operator's name, portrait picture and profile will be emailed to you, as soon as they are hired full-time with our company. In the unlikely event that anything changes and your operator changes at any time, this profile will be updated and your new operators profile will be emailed to you so that you always know who is on your property.
Are my doors included in each clean when you call?
Yes. Vue window cleaning prides itself in giving a full window clean, meaning that we clean your upvc frames, sills and doors. This means that you get completely clean windows giving your home that extra special finishing touch.
Do you call in the rain?
Vue window cleaning have invested in a specialised window cleaning system that ensures they can clean to their full potential in any weather conditions. However, there may be times that we cannot make it to your property, such as during extreme conditions including heavy snowfall. The only time we won't call is if we cannot make it to your property. Otherwise you will be sure to see us every 4 weeks without fail.
What is done during a 'deep clean' of my window frames?
The upvc is washed down using pure water and then a specially created, environmentally friendly foam cleansing conditioner only available to vue window cleaning is used to remove ingrained dirt from your frames, sills and doors. This leaves the upvc completely clean and bright, making your house look much better overall. We can't promise to make yellow upvc white again, but we can promise to remove all the ingrained dirt from your framework and sills.
How long do I have to wait for my first clean?
Vue window cleaning usually aims for all new clients to wait no longer than two or three weeks for their windows to be cleaned. However, depending on the time you call us and how soon you can be booked in, depends on how quickly we can clean your windows. If you have any special requirements, please speak to one of our advisors and they will usually be able to help you.
I would love to start the service, how do I sign up?
There are 2 ways that you can sign up to the vue service. This all depends on what you would like to know. If you are happy that you have all the information you need, then you can sign up from this website by entering all the information when you click on the ?quote me? box and follow the instructions by choosing the correct details. Once you have done this, vue window cleaning will be emailed with your information and will set your payment up and send you confirmation of starting the service, a copy of our client introduction pack and your due dates and login details.

Some window cleaning companies use contracts, do you?
No. No contracts are involved when you sign up to our service. It is simply a verbal agreement that you would like to sign up to our regular service. Although we do take payment via direct debit, this is still not a contractual agreement, however we do require at least 3 weeks notice before you cancel your service to ensure we do not clean your property or take payment in between this time.
